Solana error: Account not initialized or not found (AccountNotFound)

Why it happens

• The associated token account for that mint was never created for this wallet.
• The account was closed in an earlier transaction - for example by a rent-reclaim action.
• A program-derived address is derived from inputs that do not match what the program expects.

How to fix it

1. Create the associated token account first - most swap interfaces do this automatically, but a custom script may not.
2. Re-run the action from the official interface rather than a cached page.
3. If the account was closed on purpose, re-create it before transferring into it.
