Why it happens
- You waited too long between building and signing the transaction.
- The network was congested and the transaction sat in the mempool.
- The dApp set a very short deadline (a few minutes) and the wallet queued it behind another transaction.
How to fix it
- Rebuild the swap so a fresh deadline is signed.
- Use a deadline of 10–20 minutes on congested chains.
- Clear stuck pending transactions first — the new one cannot land before them.
