EVM error: Solidity panic (arithmetic or bounds error) (Panic 0x11)
The contract hit a compiler-inserted panic: an overflow, a division by zero, an out-of-bounds array read or a failed assert(). It is a contract-side bug, not a wallet problem.
Why it happens
- Arithmetic overflow or underflow (panic 0x11) — usually a calculation with an unexpected zero or extreme value.
- Division by zero (0x12) — a price or share calculation with an empty pool.
- Array out of bounds or pop() on an empty array (0x32 / 0x31) — stale indexes after state changed.
- A failed assert() (0x01) — an invariant the contract relies on was broken.
How to fix it
- Check the inputs: dust amounts, zero addresses and empty pools trigger most panics.
- Re-quote and rebuild the transaction so indexes and amounts match current state.
- If it repeats on a normal-sized trade, the contract has a bug — report it to the team and use another route.
